You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable lenses but exclude regional sales tax. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of any prescription you upload. We verify against common ranges but cannot detect typos. Always use a current prescription (under 12 months for adults, 6 months for children).

All site content — frame designs, photography, copy, code — is owned by lool and may not be reproduced without written consent.

lool’s total liability for any order is capped at the order’s value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to binding arbitration in San Francisco unless prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.
