Don’t love your non-prescription frames? Send plano pairs back within 30 days for a refund. Custom prescription lenses are made to order and are covered for quality defects or our production errors, not personal-preference returns.
What’s not covered
Personal-preference returns for custom prescription lenses are not covered. Also excluded: cosmetic damage from drops, scratches from improper cleaning, or modifications by third-party shops.
