Every 30–40 minutes look at something 5+ meters away for 5 minutes, or close your eyes. Mingyue dual blue-light or Zeiss blue-light filtering lenses reduce strain further.
Avoid harsh direct light. Anti-glare lenses (ordinary, Mingyue or Zeiss) make reflections gentler — Zeiss leads, Mingyue follows close behind.
All our lenses ship with UV400. Mingyue and Zeiss block 99.9% of UVA/UVB; ordinary lenses still block 90%+.
